These Terms of Use govern your use of the Ddoo mobile application, developed by Ddoo.
By downloading or using Ddoo, you agree to these Terms.
2. Using Ddoo
Ddoo helps individuals and small businesses manage products, inventory, stock movements, sales, and reports.
You agree to use Ddoo only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer or modify the App except where permitted by law.
- Use Ddoo for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Interfere with Ddoo’s normal operation or security.
- Redistribute or resell Ddoo without written permission.
3. Your data
Ddoo’s current version stores business data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups.
4. Ddoo Pro
Ddoo Pro is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple’s App Store. It unlocks eligible offline Pro features associated with the purchasing Apple ID.
Purchases, billing, and refunds are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and refund policies.
5. App availability and updates
We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue parts of Ddoo. Some future features may require internet access, separate services, or additional payment.
6. Intellectual property
Ddoo, its name, logo, graphics, design, software, and related materials are owned by Ddoo or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
7. Disclaimer
Ddoo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ddoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of Ddoo, including loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
